The Brick Plant Roller Crusher, is equipment that uses two counter-rotating rollers to crush materials through compression and grinding, reducing them to the desired particle size. In brick production, it is primarily used for secondary crushing of medium-sized raw materials (such as shale, coal gangue, clay, sludge, construction waste, etc.) that have undergone primary crushing by a jaw crusher or hammer crusher. It further reduces the material to below 3mm (typically adjustable in the range of 1-3mm) to meet the strict requirements for raw material fineness in brick making, ensuring the molding quality and sintering performance of the green bricks.

Core Working Principle:

The core principle of the roller crusher is "volume compression crushing" and "grinding".

1.Feeding: Material is evenly fed into the gap between the two rollers by a feeder.

2.Compression and Grinding: The two rollers, driven by an electric motor and transmission device, rotate towards each other. The material is drawn into the crushing chamber (the V-shaped space) between the rollers by friction.

3.Crushing: The material is subjected to increasing pressure and shear forces, being compressed and fractured. For plastic materials containing a certain moisture level, a grinding action also occurs simultaneously.

4.Discharge: When the material particles become smaller than the gap between the rollers (the discharge opening), they are discharged from the machine under gravity and the rotation of the rollers, completing the crushing process.
