Product Description:
The auto cutting machine is a key piece of equipment in the
automated production line of a modern brick factory, installed
after the vacuum extruder. Its core function is to cut the clay
strips continuously output by the extruder into individual bricks
of precise dimensions and complete shape using steel wire,
preparing them for the subsequent stacking process. This equipment
bridges the "forming" and "stacking" processes, and its performance
directly determines the quality and production efficiency of the
bricks.
The continuous clay strips output from the extruder are smoothly
fed via a conveyor into a brick cutter. The cutter detects the
position of the clay strips using photoelectric or mechanical
sensors. When the set length is reached, the control system issues
the following instructions:
Strip cutting: First, a set of horizontal cutting wires descends,
cutting the clay strips horizontally into segments of the specified
length.
Brick cutting: Next, a set of L-shaped or gate-shaped cutting
frames, consisting of multiple steel wires, descends vertically,
cutting the segments longitudinally into individual bricks.
The entire process is fully automated, highly precise, and operates
in a cyclical process.
